Two years ago the first Assassin's Creed saw the light of day. The game became a true hype that was mostly created by the game journalists which gave it many high scores. Unfortunately it was a disappointment for the average Joe Schmuck due mostly to the repetitive character of the missions and despite the innovative free-running system and a draw distance that would blow you away. Luckily Ubisoft now had the necessary time to think of new missions and create a sequel.
Assassin's Creed 2 picks up where the first part ended. Desmond Miles is still held by Abstergo, a company with as board of directors the "Order of the Templars". Luckily the enchanting lab assistant Lucy helps you escape and you manage to get back to the Assassins hideout. From here the Assassins hope to halt the Templars' plans but for that the help of Desmond is necessary as he's the only one with DNS connections to the original Assassins. 
The story revolving around Desmonds predecessor Altair has completely been unraveled but too many pieces are missing to stop the Templars so the Assassins send Desmond back in time with their own Animus, this time to Firenze, Italy, as Ezio, a young playboy who doesn't only put men but also women on his blade. The immersive story is good for easily fifteen hours of adventure, filled with intrigue, romance (read: visits to courtisanes, ed.) and tons of comedy you don't immediately expect. During the story you'll finish several main missions that are less repetitive than the first Assassin's Creed. While one moment you're having a nice chat with Leonardo Da Vinci about his latest invention, the next minute you'll be planting a dagger in a politician's throat. You never get the feeling that there's any repetition present in the main missions.
The sidequests on the other hand do fall under that category but luckily they're not obligatory. Next to that you can also obtain some other goals like the search for hundred feathers, several treasures and tombs of dead Assassins which get you a step closer to the authentique armor of Altair. Another innovation is the possibility to invest money in your home region. Here you can upgrade buildings so they become profitable again and will fill part of your treasure or give a nice discount on materials like medicins, weapons and clothing.
That technology doesn't stand still is clear in the game. Ezio has more means at his disposal than his predecessor and also the art of sword fighting has evolved quite a lot. Our favorite 15th century playboy can now disarm opponents, evade better and throw people to the ground in several different ways. For the tougher enemies there's plenty of aids available like smoke bombs, throwing sand in the eyes and an easy one hit kill in the back of your opponent. The only disadvantage that remains from the first game is the rather stupid AI of opponents. Often they're just waiting for you to stab them or brutally slaughter them with a counter-attack.
The retarded opposition makes the entire game too easy. Throughout the campaign I have never had to restart a mission because I died or was a bit too slow. Where the difficulty degree does rise are the Glyphs you can find throughout the cities. These are secret messages that tell you a bit more about "Subject 16", a predecessor of Desmond who managed to crack part of the Animus.
When you see such a symbol a minigame in the form of a puzzle starts. Although some are very easy, there are a couple of real brainbreakers present which would keep even Professor Layton occupied for a couple of hours. Luckily these can be skipped or saved for later so that they don't hold up the pace.
Graphically the game has its heights, but often these are connected with some lows. The draw distance is a perfect example of this; you get a complete overview of Venice from the clock tower, but many objects near Ezio then suffer from pop-up textures. The clothing has been detailed perfectly, but many characters' faces seem to be modeled onto the skull of a chimpansee.
Another annoying problem is the collision detection that's all but perfect. Not only Ezio's dagger disappears into the throat of your sworn arch enemy, but also half of his hand seems to melt with the character. A small sloppyness from the devs that doesn't get noticed while playing but is a thorn in the eye during the cut-scenes. The stable framerate and fluid movement of Ezio, however, make these problems melt like snow from the sun.
The audio does its work as it should with good voice actors that make the characters vivid and manage to create an atmosphere, but also the soundtrack adds to this. If we really have to mention a downpoint then it's the commentary of people or soldiers passing by when you're doing some acrobacy. After a while they sound repetitive despite the bigger variety of voices compared to the original game. Finally you can also play the game entirely with Italian dialogue which makes you almost feel like you're really in Firenze.
Assassin's Creed II is actually what the first game should have been, but wasn't probably due to a shortage in development time. This time you do get a game that's completely finished in all aspects thanks to many varying missions, a pleasant and immersive story and an addiction factor that makes you keep thinking "Just one more mission and then I'll go to bed". Partners of gamers are warned: if you still want some quality time with your lover it's best to severely limit his or her time allowed for this game!

1. Memperbaiki Instalasi (Repair Install)
Jika Windows XP Anda rusak (corrupted) dimana Anda tidak mempunyai sistem operasi lain untuk booting,
Anda dapat melakukan perbaikan instalasi (Repair Install) yang bekerja sebagaimana setting (pengaturan)
yang awal.
1. Memperbaiki Instalasi (Repair Install)
Jika Windows XP Anda rusak (corrupted) dimana Anda tidak mempunyai sistem operasi lain untuk booting,
Anda dapat melakukan perbaikan instalasi (Repair Install) yang bekerja sebagaimana setting (pengaturan)
yang awal.
- Pastikan Anda mempunyai kunci (key) Windows XP yang valid.
- Keseluruhan proses akan memakan waktu kurang lebih 1/2 atau 1 jam, tergantung spek komputer Anda.
- Jika Anda dimintai password administrator, sebaiknya Anda memilih opsi perbaikan (repair) yang kedua,
bukan yang pertama.
- Masukkan CD Windows XP Anda dan lakukan booting dari CD tersebut.
- Ketika sudah muncul opsi perbaikan kedua R=Repair, tekan tombol R
Ini akan memulai perbaikan.
- Tekan tombol F8 untuk menyetujui proses selanjutnya “I Agree at the Licensing Agreement”
- Tekan tombol R saat direktori tempat Windows XP Anda terinstal. Biasanya C:\WINDOWS
Selanjutnya akan dilakukan pengecekan drive C: dan mulai menyalin file-file.
Dan secara otomatis restart jika diperlukan. Biarkan CD Anda dalam drivenya.
- Berikutnya Anda akan melihat sebuah gambar “progress bar” yang merupakan bagian dari perbaikan,
dia nampak seperti instalasi XP normal biasanya, meliputi “Collecting Information, Dynamic Update,
Preparing Installation, Installing Windows, Finalizing Installation”.
- Ketika ditanya, klik tombol Next
- Ketika ditanya untuk memasukkan kunci, masukkan kunci (key) Windows XP Anda yang valid.
- Normalnya Anda menginginkan tetap berada dalam nama Domain atau Workgroup yang sama.
- Komputer akan restart.
- Kemudian Anda akan mempunyai layar yang sama sebagaimana pengaktifan sistem ketika instalasi normal.
- Register jika Anda menginginkannya (biasanya tidak diperlukan).
- Selesai
Sekarang Anda bisa log in dengan account Anda yang sudah ada.
2. NTOSKRNL Rusak atau Hilang (Missing or Corrupt)
Jika Anda mendapati pesan error bahwa “NTOSKRNL not found” / NTOSKRNL tak ditemukan, lakukan:
- Masukkan CD Windows XP dan booting dari CD tersebut.
- Pada saat muncul opsi R=Repair yang pertama, tekan tombol R.
- Tekan angka sesuai dengan lokasi instalasi Windows yang ingin diperbaiki yang sesuai.
- Biasanya #1
- Pindahlah ke drive CD Drive Anda berada.
- Ketik: CD i386
- Ketik: expand ntkrnlmp.ex_ C:\Windows\System32\ntoskrnl.exe
- Jika Windows XP Anda terinstal di tempat lain, maka ubahlah sesuai dengan lokasinya.
- Keluarkan CD Anda dan ketikkan EXIT
3. HAL.DLL Rusak atau Hilang (Missing or Corrupt)
Jika Anda mendapatkan error berkenaan dengan rusak atau hilangnya file hal.dll, ada kemungkinan
file BOOT.INI mengalami salah konfigurasi (misconfigured).
- Masukkan CD Windows XP dan booting dari CD tersebut.
- Pada saat muncul opsi R=Repair yang pertama, tekan tombol R.
- Tekan angka sesuai dengan lokasi instalasi Windows yang ingin diperbaiki yang sesuai.
- Biasanya #1
- Ketik: bootcfg /list
Menampilkan isi/masukan pada file BOOT.INI saat ini
- Ketik: bootcfg /rebuild
Memperbaiki konfigurasi dari file BOOT.INI
- Keluarkan CD Anda dan ketikkan EXIT
4. Direktori \WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CONFIG rusak atau hilang
Jika Anda mendapatkan error dengan tulisan:
“Windows could not start because the following files is missing or corrupt
\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\SYSTEM or \WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\SOFTWARE”
- Masukkan CD Windows XP dan booting dari CD tersebut.
- Pada saat muncul opsi R=Repair yang pertama, tekan tombol R.
- Tekan angka sesuai dengan lokasi instalasi Windows yang ingin diperbaiki yang sesuai.
- Biasanya #1
- Masukkan password administrator jika diperlukan.
- Ketik: cd \windows\system32\config
- Berikutnya tergantung di bagian mana letak terjadinya kerusakan:
- Ketik: ren software software.rusak ATAU ren system system.rusak
- Berikutnya lagi juga tergantung di bagian mana letak terjadinya kerusakan:
- Ketik: copy \windows\repair\system
- Ketik: copy \windows\repair\software
- Keluarkan CD Anda dan ketikkan EXIT
5. NTLDR atau NTDETECT.COM tak ditemukan (NTLDR or NTDETECT.COM Not Found)
Jika Anda mendapati error bahwa NTLDR tak ditemukan saat booting:
a. Untuk partisi tipe FAT
- Silakan Anda melakukan booting dari disket Win98 Anda dan salinlah file NTLDR atau NTDETECT.COM
dari direktori i386 ke drive induk (root) C:\
b. Untuk partisi tipe NTFS
- Masukkan CD Windows XP dan booting dari CD tersebut.
- Pada saat muncul opsi R=Repair yang pertama, tekan tombol R.
- Tekan angka sesuai dengan lokasi instalasi Windows yang ingin diperbaiki yang sesuai.
- Biasanya #1
- Masukkan password administrator jika diperlukan.
- Masukkan perintah berikut, dimana X: adalah alamat drive dari CD ROM Anda (Sesuaikan!).
- Ketik: COPY X:\i386\NTLDR C\:
- Ketik: COPY X:\i386\NTDETECT.COM C:\
- Keluarkan CD Anda dan ketikkan EXIT

bagaimana cara mengunakan eBoostr?
1. Install eBoostr seperti biasa, jalankan crack-annya lalu restart komputer anda

1. Klik kanan mouse di desktop, pilih New - Shortcut.
2. Ketik %windir%\system32\rundll32.exe advapi32.dll,ProcessIdleTasks pada kolom isian yang muncul.
3. Klik Next.
4. Beri nama shortcut tadi terserah anda.
Kapan saja komputer terasa lambat, jalankan shortcut tadi. Ga kalah dengan software RAM Booster dsb.

4. Press F3 to continue searching for 'Recycle Bin' and change wherever you come across 'Recycle Bin' to new its new name.
5. Repeat step 4 until you have finished with searching and changed all values to its new name.
6. Close regedit and hit F5 on desktop to see the new name on screen.
Note: As a good practice, always backup your registry before changing anything although changing 'Recycle Bin'
name is a simple tweak and doesnt affect anything else.

1. Click "Start | Run" kemudian ketik ”gpedit.msc” (Tanpa tanda kutip). Perintah tersebut akan membuka group policy editor.
2. Selanjutnya cari item : "Local Computer Policy /Computer Configuration/Administrative Templates / Network / QOS PacketScheduler/ Limit Reservable Bandwidth".
3. Double click pada Limit Reservable bandwidth. Secara default pengaturan di set ke it is not configured tapi sebenarnya nilai standarnya adalah 20 persen, lihat pada tab explain "By default, the Packet Scheduler limits the system to 20 percent of the bandwidth of a connection, but you can use this setting to override the default".
4. Untuk menaikkan bandwith, maka set Limit reservable bandwidth ke "enabled" dan Bandwith Limit (%) menjadi : "0".
Setting ini bertujuan untuk membebaskan 20% bandwith yang digunakan windows dan menaikkan kapasitas bandwith kita 20%. Trik ini berjalan baik pada Windows 2000.

I. Cara Pertama
a) Di desktop Klik start pilih Run, ketik msconfig, klik OK
b) Klik tab Startup, hilangkan centang program yang tidak terlalu anda butuhkan, jika
suatu waktu anda membutuhkannya anda bisa mengaktifkannya kembali dengan memberi tanda centang
c) Klik tab sevice, anda bisa menghilangkan centang service yang dianggap tidak perlu, misal Automatic Update, Net meeting, Messenger
d) Klik tab Boot.ini
Atur pada time out, anda bisa memasukkan angka 10 atau lebih besar dari sepuluh. Hati2 menggunakan angka yang lebih kecil dari 10 karena bisa membuat komputer anda tidak stabil. Proses ini akan mempercepat proses booting windows.
e) Tekan tombol Apply kemudian tombol OK
Lakukan restart komputer untuk melihat perubahan.
II. Cara Kedua
a) Di desktop Klik start pilih Run, ketik: services.msc
Klik OK
b) Pada kotak dialog services klik program yang akan anda atur, apakah akan diaktifkan atau di nonaktifkan.
Misalnya saya akan menonaktifkan messengger, maka saya melakukan double klik pada Messengger, hingga muncul kotak dialog pilihan startup type
Pada startup type pilih disabled, berarti messengger akan dinonaktifkan
c) Klik OK.
Lakukan hal ini pada beberapa sevice atau aplikasi yang untuk sementara bisa dinonaktifkan (disable )
Anda telah berhasil mengurangi beban startup windows.
